Delineator Post

The precast Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) delineator post must be manufactured to a minimum grade of M20/20 structural concrete, delivering a minimum 28-day compressive cube strength of 20 MPa (N/mm²) in strict conformance with Section 1500 and Section 2000 of the Department of Roads (DoR) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works, Nepal. The post shall feature a tapered profile with a total length of 1,500 mm, a 150 mm x 150 mm base section
Internal structural reinforcement must consist of a rigid steel cage fabricated from 4 nos. of φ 8 mm Fe 415 or Fe 500 TMT main longitudinal bars bound by φ 6 mm mild steel lateral stirrups spaced uniformly at 150 mm center-to-center, all protected by a minimum clear concrete cover of 25 mm. The exterior concrete finish must be mechanically compacted via a needle vibrator to eliminate honeycombing, moist water-cured for a minimum of 28 days
